ABOUT IMPACT DANCE

Impact Dance is a hip-hop theatre company, street dance organisation and dance education facilitator created by Artistic Director, Hakeem Onibudo, in 1995. 

Our mission is  to motivate, lead and inspire.

Impact Dance strives to empower dancers of all ages and ability, whether they are a professional, or somebody who dances for leisure. We are committed to using street dance/hip-hop to teach essential life skills and promote self belief and strong work values. 

How you can get involved

We have been offering high quality classes and performance opportunities for 16 years.

• The Impact Academy  allows young people to work and train together, with some members progressing to Impact Dance Youth , our performance group.

• Xpress Yo'self is an opportunity for adults to learn choreography and dance to some great music.

• Our network of  fully qualified dance artists provide innovative and engaging workshops for schools, colleges and educational institutions. More details on this can be found on our Education page.
